    Have a newer model of this that might be better. This has fault in mouse pad. pad moves where there are no buttons on bottom. Also many report problems with rubber leg on back near hinge coming off. Does not support stylus use. Wish i had waited and bought different one.

    This is not the right tool for me. 1) I am unable to utilize / install other programs, even as simple as a calculator. For example there is a calculator extension and a web calculator, but I cannot copy / paste numbers from websites / documents to either calculator. 2) I am unable to log on and utilize this Chromebook if there is no internet, for example, if I wanted to utilize downloaded Audible books or Kindle books or Netflix app - cannot sign in without internet. 3) Google account sign on loop impacts logging onto the Chromebook. For example, I change my Google password, but maybe I forget - it happens. I select forgot password, and jump through all the password hoops, including receive a notification on my android phone, "Is this you?" and I select "Yes it's me." But that's not good enough, it then sends verification to the Gmail account which I cannot log into because I've forgotten my password. OMG!!! Note: I turned OFF two step verification as soon as it was deployed this year, which apparently doesn't matter - because it still happens!!! 4) Support / feedback does not help with the issues. I really tried to like this Chromebook, but he negative outweighs the benefits - too much hassle. So... you know the movie Office Space? Yes, I will be taking a baseball bat to this Chromebook as soon as I pick up a PC tonight.
