By far one of the best chromebooks i've ever had. Only one con and that's the power of the speakers, they are weak. Other than that, this thing is snappy and quick. Perfect for every day use.

I love this laptop! It was so easy to get started because I already had a Google account! It is very quick with lots of tabs to have plenty of windows open! About a week after I bought it, it went down $100 in price!

This is my first Chromebook and I couldn't be happier with my purchase decision. I spend about 85% of my time on a computer surfing the internet the other 15% using dedicated windows apps such as Quicken and H&R Block during tax season. This Chromebook fits my needs perfectly as I can use Google remote desktop to access my PC desktop when needing access to these or any other dedicated windows program. I was able to create a 1080p video to upload to YouTube using this Chromebook. Im no professional video editor but for the casual user its able to get the job done. The only blemish is the built in camera which I have no intention of using and the speakers if planning to use them to play music. They are sufficient for YouTube or and other audio listening.

First ever chromebook. Haven't missed a beat with my productivity (although some apps are clunky, like Duck Duck Go on Chromebook). I use Sheets, Docs, gMail, and Drive, and this works like a charm. I'm really happy I went away from the Windows & Mac duopolies and chose this device. The screen interface is sensitive, clean, sharp, bright, and the keyboard does the job. The only thing I would do to improve it is probably the material quality, it doesn't LOOK as good as it performs, but obviously you gotta cut some corners and set the price point fairly. A great deal.

Excellent build quality, premium Chromebook speed, screen, and keyboard. Excellent for multitasking. Only downside is mediocre bottom-firing speakers. Highly recommend at the sale price of $429

Awesome chrome book. Had to return due to not having all the features I needed for work. Particularly excel functionality. Battery life is great and very quick moving through the programs.

Brilliant Screen. Plenty of RAM and processing power for a chromebook. Premium build. Lovely aspect ratio of 3:2. I researched quite a lot of chromebooks but this is definitely one of the best.

High performance Chromebook with touchscreen. Our family has owned several Chromebooks over the past 6-years and this one is the best performing of the bunch for a very reasonable price.

This chromebook has been great for my son and his school work. I have had no issues with the screen or the performance of the computer. I would recommend this for students. No problems

I bought this for $429.99 and at that price it is a steel. Coming from a Dell XPS that broke on me I just wanted something that I could travel with and use mainly to watch Netflix and browse the web. The screen on this laptop is awesome and I love the aspect ratio. My old laptop had a 4k display and honestly this looks just as good. The typing experience is good enough but the deck is made of plastic. Overall I would definitely recommend this laptop for anyone who doesn't do any serious work but still wants a quality device with a screen that punches way above its price tag.

I bought 2 of these for a 7 yr old and an 11 yr old to do their online classes. This was such an easy decision! The gorilla glass and built in anti-virus software was the kicker. Not to mention touch screen and dual use capabilities. I literally purchased these in less than 20 minutes after walking into the Best Buy store. No prior research-- we had no intention to make a buy like this. However, we realized that our grandchildren had a need. Super easy decision and best bang for tech used by younger kids. They love their new laptops and learned how to use them within a week. Would absolutely make this purchase again!

Great laptop, easy to set up and use. It was a gift for my gf and she is so happy with it. It bends backwards and it is touchscreen.was rated number one at time of purchase.

Bought for Covid freshman year at stay at home college. It was touted as resilient due to it's aluminum case and it is. It has a bright detailed display, lightweight and fast.

Perfect touch screen, lots of storage and very fast with the intel i5 processor, 13.5 inch screen is the perfect size....

Has worked great. Boots fast and battery lasts. Very easy to use. Works well for general web browsing and playing games. Access to google play store is very convenient.

Extremely happy with my first Chromebook. For my simple needs it is more than enough, but it has lots of capabilities that I have only read about but still important to me. It springs to life very quickly after lifting the screen to a viewable position. Sign in and it is ready do explore, not a lot of waiting like my prior laptop operating system. This is an upgrade from a basic Chromebook, the screen sharpness and taller screen format shows that my bucks were well spent and if my need do change, it will be ready. It is a 2 in 1, the tablet mode is a big plus, lots of fun use from the available apps.
