No tech support

Called sat on hold for over 30 minutes and kept being told they were receiving a lot of calls and no one ever answered. Finally hung up. Very frustrating

Its pretty, but its very VERY faulty.

Ive been on with Acer tech support chat 6 times. The screen continues to flicker and readjust at least a half dozen times a day. Acer had me go thru 3 self repairs. I reset the battery (never heard of that one before), I powerwashed twice and even reloaded the OS. Nothing has changed. Acer wants me to send it to Texas for repairs. Its a 4 day old $500+ purchase. Should that be necessary? Nope. Best Buy would accept the return as its under 15 days, but they wont exchange it. There are redflags all over the internet about Acer screens doing this. Granted, its not all of them, but a very large portion are this and the other 713s. Ironically Im using the machine to search for its replacement. Im also searching businesses that are not Best Buy. Buyer beware. And by the way, the last Acer tech said that if I dont send it in for repairs "it will get worse". One tech asked if it has "gone black yet".

Disappointed

Android apps would just close unexpectedly. I contacted Acer support and they had me perform a Powerwash. It didn't help. I was also disappointed in the battery life. I ended up returning it and went back to using my 5 year old Acer Chromebook 14.
