I would recommend this monitor to anyone. Because of my job, I spend and unfortunate amount of time in front of a computer. About 1/2 of it is with this monitor. To my eye, it's almost (not quite) as good as a retina display on my laptop. My only complaint is there isn't much forward tilt. That's not going to affect 99% of users.

I bought this as an alternative screen for my laptop and for my xbox while without a tv monitor. The color, contrast, and smoothness of the screen for gaming is really good. The audio out is a bit weak for gaming with non-powered headphones, but it is perfectly adequate for other use. The on-line price was lower than the in-store price, but the store matched it with no hesitation. I'm very happy with the monitor!

Great Monitor... but wish it had less glare, built in USB connectivity and speakers. Then it would be perfect. Its still a good value for the price.

Use with my MacBook pro retina. Very easy to hook up through hdmi. Only wish it had speakers

I was hesitant to purchase this monitor only because the price was suspiciously low, but I've had no issues with it and it's been working well. I'm a graphic designer, so I'm somewhat picky about things like resolution and color visibility, and this screen has been a great extension of my MacBook Pro. It comes with an HDMI cable which easily allowed me to connect to my laptop.

Great picture for the price. Moving up from a 19" square flat screen. Only thing negative is holy glare.... But other than that it's a great monitor

I purchased this monitor for my insurance office so that I could have a second monitor, the color, and detail of this monitor are outstanding. Almost better than the other monitor i had purchased 6 months prior, as of now I am happy with this item. I have had other Acer products in past that I would not do every again, so far they have improved, since I purchased items from them in the past 20 years.

Great monitor for the price. It did not come with the dvi cable as was suggested by other review sites however it did come with hdmi and vga.
