I bought this android tablet because some android apps are not available for my Kindle HDX tablet. The low cost and large screen made it appealing to fill in where my Kindle could go. Screen resolution is not quite at the level of the Kindle 8.9 HDX but quite acceptable for most streaming.

I'm not that computer literate so I was looking for a tablet to play a few games and search on line and for the price this tablet is perfect. It's easy to use and the screen and sound are decent. Acer is a good brand I trust.

I love the size, and it's handling, but it glitches a bit.

Not a bad tablet at all. It's definitely not a high-end tablet, but it has been better than other reviews led me to believe. One thing is it could use more RAM. You can't have a lot of things running at the same time. Otherwise, it runs great and I've been happy with it.

the tablet aint bad for the price works well but not for big jobs. nice for the kids

this tablet is the best bang for the buck !!It is easy to use reasonably priced and is so good for doing simple tasks on it . You won't be sorry if you buy this. You can spend a lot more and get no more.

this is a nice tablet. i love the screen size. it is great for games. the only down side is that sometime, on its own, it switches to the eastern time zone when i live in the central time zone. i got this for my boy, then one myself, and then one my other other son.

It's a good product for it's price. If you're used to iPads or top of the line Android tablets this one will be too slow for you. But if you want to check emails, have a videoconf with family members, use Youtube or Netflix in bed, this is a great tablet for you.

We went to the Manchester NH Best Buy to purchase another tablet that was advertised at the sale price of ninety nine dollars and ninety nine cents, however while we were there we compared the sale tablet with the Acer tablet that was priced at thirty dollars more. We found the Acer tablet to have superior graphics so we considered it. We then asked a salesperson about the ease of use of the Acer tablet and it's overall performance. The salesperson had high remarks about the Acer tablet compared to the lesser expensive tablet. we decided on the Acer tablet and purchased not only the one for my husband but also one for me. My husband and I are both very pleased with the tablets and are enjoying using them.

Bought this for my High School Senior daughter, mostly for school work and reports, etc. Speed seems adequate. Easy for her to set up and get running. Price was much more reasonable than the "popular" tablets out there. No need to spend all that extra money!!

I got in special offer, with don't expect much of this, Works fine but more for young kids, not so fast, , and alot of storage, but the more apps you download, the slower it became, so be aware,

The actual screen is probably less than 10" compares to my iPad 2. It's light and the touch screen respond very well. It's average when it's comes to speed, but it would temporary freezes for a 5 to 15 seconds whenever the screen is rotated. I don't know what direction of the volume is supposed to be, which side is up and down. It's strange that at different times when I pressed volume up, the sound went down and vice versa. The battery does not last very long and it takes a long to charge. On an average use, just surfing Facebook, the battery would last close to 3 and half hours. Finally, I don't know what is the strange smell from the box. It smells like some kind Asian herbal cream medicine.

This item had easy setup and functionality. it allowed me to maneuver around and through apps with no confusion or frustration. It was simplistic enough that my you get sibling could use it but, advanced enough to keep a lover of tech satisfied

Purchased for a 93 year gentleman . Screen is large and clear . Downside is this machine is slow as malassas on a February day in Maine too slow for me , ok for my friend. Price was great!!!!

This is an okay tablet, but that's all it is. Grantrd, for $100, you shouldn't expect more, but I was surprised the first time it got "stuck" after not being used overnight and had to be hard-booted to work. I was also surprised the first time it rapidly discharged its battery without warning. These were not isolated events. It does not have a lot of memory, and honestly, I will never buy another 1 gb tablet because you simply can't multitask, but if you just need something for Kindle, Twitter and web browsing, this is fine.

Most of us have tablets that have 75% more features than we actually use. I am a reader and find that a tablet is the best way to read books and articles. My Acer Iconia One 10 lets me read articles I save and Amazon Kindle books I download from several libraries for free, and I can read them any time, anywhere! The 10" display is crisp and bright ... perfect for reading in any light. I use the Iconia One's standard features for mail, news, and social media when traveling, otherwise I prefer my home and office desktops. So, tablet memory is not a problem for me. Based on my needs, the Iconia One 10 is a terrific bargain for under $100!

I bought one of these earlier this year and have been very happy with it. My wife needed a new tablet to replace her aging 7" tablet that I had to root to keep running with an older version of the android software. She gave my tablet a try and immediately fell in love with the bigger screen, icons and everything that went with it. The sound is very good for her too. We went to BB the next day & got the last one. She found a very nice leopard skin case for it (mail-order) and uses the tablet almost daily. Her & I both highly recommend this tablet if money is tight, you want a bigger screen and don't mind a white case.

I wanted this for college classes and it is perfect. Screen is a good size and speed of internet is good. Lots of storage space when micro card is used. Great price too.
