Some deficits to be aware of: 1) It does not support Windows Hello login with the provided camera, 2) The Ethernet connector does not solidly connect. My cable frequently falls out. Other than those, it's a sold buy.

They ended up giving him a gift card for the old laptop to replace with a new one. Very good service.

Battery Does Not Last

Does pretty good for what I needed gaming wise. Started using it only for work. I bought the laptop in November and by April the battery would not last longer than 2 hours (only using outlook/teams). Frustrating this already has issues for being brand new AND was otherwise rated well.
