A ryzen 5 for a budget price than can do about anything after memory upgrade. Stays cool and long 2 hr + battery life

Price can’t be beat for the quality you get with this laptop. My son loves it for gaming with his friends. No lag at all. Downloads super fast.

Great laptop for its price. Good CPU and GPU for mid teir gaming. Can run anything on medium from my experience. I would recommend if you're on a budget.

Have definitely been using this to play Sims the past few weeks. A lot better than my Apple laptop that I was using before.

Great for the price. Good gaming laptop for the price. Decent gaming laptop. Runs new games smooth. You do need external hard drive for larger games.

My husband loves his new gaming computer. He is on it all the time. Loves the fact that it can connect to our 50 inch tv to play his games on.

good for every dollar you spend and AMD processor is awesome, the only thing I hate is a laptop screen...

The speed of this laptop is awesome but it's display is very disappointing. Washed out colors and low brightness.

Everything arrived in good shape and was packaged well. The laptop was very well protected and had no issues with any of that. As soon as I plugged the AC adapter in and booted up. Went through all the install procedures and updates. I restarted the laptop. It would consistently take from 1:45 to 1:55 to restart or cold boot. No matter the OS settings (ie fast boot on or off) minimal start up applications it would constantly take that amount of time to login windows. Tried local account as opposed to Microsoft account it made no difference. It would boot, lights power on, show the loading wheel icon, then finally after the 1:45 show the desktop or login screen. I went onto the bios to see what could be changed. Secure boot on or off made no difference either. Ultimately I returned the laptop. I shouldn’t be forced to “fix” an out of the box laptop. Everything else about the laptop was fine. The screen had 2-3 hot pixels and you really have to make sure the power adapter is fully seated.

Garbage. Bought because I needed an inexpensive laptop with a gaming card to use with 3D architectural software. Never seen more than 2 hours worth of battery life (10 hours advertised), even with gentle usage. USB ports work intermittently; they never work after waking up from "sleep" mode. Had about 10 "blue screens" in the first 6 months of ownership (I can't remember the last time I saw a blue-screen on a Dell). Typically won't shut down or restart without having to force it (power button hold). Overall terrible Windows integration. And the display is grainy to boot.

My son's computer went blue screen on us, so we had to buy a new one. He found one that would work for him on your site. Just what he needed.

For the price it’s a pretty decent machine. Plays the games I need it to and multi tasking is great. Build quality is better than I expected as well.

Just a heads up, thing says it has two slots for m.2 nvme. But that’s a lie. Has one slot and it’s taken up by 256. It has a slot for 2.5 ssd though

My son is happy to have it. He is not only playing games but more than it he is utilizing appropriately, School related stuff he does the most.

I absolutely love this laptop. it is sturdy, love the coloring, the key size.... just love it~ The screen is the perfect size.
