Such a let down, but not totally surprising

First off, I purchased this strictly as a gaming computer. That is, to just play Sims 4 on. Nothing else. About 5 months ago, I started using it for daily things. Work, online browsing, etc. I have really great WiFi and it works on all of my other devices, but this computer does not connect to a lot of pages that I try to visit. The ones that it does load will either take forever to load or say that is taking too long. If I refresh, the page may load, it may not. It is not my browser. I try Chrome, Edge, and Firefox when I have issues and it is like that on all three. Also, on Sims, I cannot connect online. It'll say that I need to check my WiFi although my WiFi is absolutely fine. My built-in camera also gives me the "no camera connected" message and does not work when I try to Zoom or video chat even though it's built in. -_- Now, as of recent, the screen will just black out if I leave it idle too long. Naturally, it will "sleep," but when I swipe across the mousepad or hit a few keys (anything to "wake it") and it will not respond. It's still "on," though, because I can hear things running. Ex: if I was watching a video, I will still hear the audio, but the screen is black. Speaking of black screen, be sure to check your screen quality against a black screen (when the computer screen is actually working) and see if the light spots are acceptable to you. I noticed months later, but there were so many light spots that you wouldn't notice because normal screens are white and have color. I have troubleshot the internet issue I spoke of and the camera, but I do not have a message indicating anything is wrong. Frustrating. I would not have invested in this computer just to get 10 months out of it. Save your money and put a little extra to better quality.

Now over a year later, battery life is almost nonexistent, screen scratched very easily and won’t come out. USB port broke. Wouldn’t buy this again honestly.
