Low stock and the scheduled date for store pickup was delayed by 24 hrs. In the week I waited for the laptop to arrive I found other options that gave Great Value. This Acer with taxes was like 700+ and I found a Lenovo Legion 5 with a better screen, keyboard, graphic cards, cooling system, aesthetic design and quality, and HDD+SDD combo for 779 in Walmart (tax exc.) So basically for 100 more I got even greater value. I wouldn't have found about this other laptop if the acer had arrived on time.

The audio is so low for the max setting, so you'd definitely have to plug in some speakers. Otherwise, a great laptop.

But i was sent emails an text saying it was ready to be picked up. I was there three times an each time it was not there. Very disappointed. I had to waste my time to go tjwre for nothing.

Before that, I have read reviews here about defected pieces and thought it was bad luck for those people. Also, I had 4 different Acer laptops before and their quality was great, but looks like everything changes. My brand new laptop did not work at all. P.S.: the laptop assembled well, the materials are good (it looks really good for the money), but quality control seem to be very low now for some reasons. Returned.

Works good when it works

For this price it should last a little longer than 3 months.

When i unboxed it, the laptop was very hot for some reason. Once I plugged in the power brick before turning it on, it wouldn’t start up. I couldn’t do much since the laptop did not want start up. I’ll either have to return it or take it to a local Best Buy store to fix.overall, it a nice laptop for price but unfortunately something was defective. I’m honestly very disappointed Best Buy
