Wouldn’t turn on out of the box.

I’m assuming the battery is defective of something. Looking up reviews online show that is a very common issue. Please be cautious before purchasing.

Slow shipping. Received money back.

Even called the warehouse in Georgia. You shouldn’t make promises that you can’t keep. I’m glad I at least got my money back. PC works fine at the moment.

I use to love these computers now I'm not happy with them.

Backlight went out!

No sign of the purchased item

Tracking info doesn’t get updated and we are just left hanging. Bought as a birthday gift that by now is way long overdue.

Pretty fast and quite

However, Acer needs to be more clear about the specs. can't find it anywhere on their website since i want to upgrade the ram and add a couple m.2s memories. ain't clear if it takes up to 16gb or 32gb of ram. some people says 16 and others 32. bestbuy say 32 but Acer's rep say 16? make up your mind people. Cons: -Bios update required as soon as you open the box. Pros: - Everything else great about this laptop, the battery,screen at 60hz no bad for the price and bright as heck, speaker are quite loud, keyboard is comfortable, nitro sense program is great to control the fans and the power cpu/gpu are getting which is awesome! nice look and no too heavy. highly recommended. Idk way some many people whined about charger port on the back of the laptop, I think it's great just read the instructions!!!!! School and intermediate to high gaming. I got over 60fps on almost all games i played( fans are not even too loud as other laptops i tried and temperatures under 85. cant beat that for $669. Better that the ASUS Tuf R7/rtx2060 which overheats a lot with the bad design of vents and cooling. Gotta go back to work now! Later!

We are sorry you are unhappy with your Acer laptop. While there are models that do support this refresh rate, the model AN515-44-R99Q laptop has a 60hz LCD screen, not 144hz. If you saw a Nitro 5 on the Acer website that has 144hz, please check the last 4 characters of the model number for the exact model you want.
