DO NOT BUY AN ACER

Each time, Acer claimed not under warranty and wanted over $400.00 just to initiate the repair. I have spent $60.00 on a new screen, $75.00 on a new hard drive and had to pay Acer over $45.00 for an e recovery thumb drive as none is provided when you purchase. I will never buy an Acer product again and will spend the extra for a better gaming laptop the next time.

This type of damage does not occur due to age or normal usage of the device therefore this type of damage is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Great laptop for the price!
