We bought a system for my husband who wanted to upgrade to a gaming system to play some different games he enjoys. We were not disappointed. I was actually a little jealous that his was faster than my more expensive, yet older, expert gaming PC. SO much so, that we bought another for me a few months later (this one)! Now we both enjoy gaming and doing anything else we need right on our Acer's! My only wish, was that it came with more hard drive space, and are looking into how to upgrade that currently - mostly because we love what these units can do!

Great laptop, my daughter loves it! Fast, effecient wonderful laptop for my daughters videos, music and regular files.

Bought this laptop just to play league of legends and it does wonders. I run everything at max graphics and it does so flawlessly.

Decent pc for the $ Specs aren’t bad, price is good, build is sturdy. Looks like acer is improving. Only complaint is the Red backlit kb, be nice if you could choose white

I had a laptop unquestionably chosen because we could afford it at the time, not for its power. The heavy use it was getting due to working from home has caused it to shut down repeated requiring some bios changes through a safe boot to restart. I needed a laptop that could handle multiple programs and multiple web pages each with multiple tabs open and run smoothly and not choke. This computer does that very well. Even just right now I have 6 browser windows open, plus Adobe Reader and Word.

I wanted a laptop that was capable of gaming, music production and editing video as well as live streaming, this hit all marks. Now that’s before I upgraded the Ram and Hard drive, which I highly recommend doing. Over all for the price point and features it’s a great gaming laptop with capable means of handling other demanding programs like Clip studio Pro, MPC Live software, Ableton, etc.

I bought this unit while my MSI was being repaired long term. I wasn't expecting much for a low end gaming laptop but the Acer Nitro was a pleasant surprise. Very functional and the set up was easy. Handling WoW and various other games with very little issues. Some minor processing lag intermittently but overall very happy with the performance. Going to give it to my kid when my MSI comes back but happy with the performance for the money. Would recommend to a friend.

If you don’t use a lot of storage and maybe just surf the web or light gaming. This laptop is great. I’m not a huge gamer so I really can’t speak on the gaming aspects. I use it for putting items online for sale. Love the speed just have to keep the pictures off of it and on my extra drive. Keyboard is slightly set up different. Didn’t notice until I started to type descriptions. Took a couple days to get used to it but I love it now.

I have had this laptop for just shy of 2 years and can not thing of one thing to complain about. I do a lot of eBay sales and occasionally have a chance to sneak in a game and the 2 games of choice are Fortnite and Warzone; have had no problems running either game. Great little laptop without completely breaking the bank.

Computer works great and Easy to use. Price was reasonable compared to other products like it.

the graphics are awesome and the download time is great. haven't had any trouble with speed.

I bought this computer to play Sims 4 and it’s a great computer. My Sims 4 game runs very smooth and very fast. I like how the computer came with a carrying case and I like how the computer has many options for gaming. I also like how the keyboard lights up, it helps when I’m up late playing the game in the dark LOL!

This has been a great computer for my grandson who attends school online and also likes to play games with his friends over the internet. It has speed used in the games and has the memory and speed for Zoom calls, operating different apps and performs well while saving all programs and documents necessary for school.

Having purchased and used the Acer 17'' Nitro for business/personal use for over a year, decide to get wifey one. With the 3 month lock down, it would be a great time to score a smaller unit for the wife. Excellent components, speed and reliability this is a no-brainer of a purchase. Using a Best Buy credit card makes the payments about $1-2 a day for the average person. Win-win all around.

Bought 3 of these laptops for our kids and they are holding up well. They like to play computer games like Roblox, and their previous laptops would have a lot of lag in the video. These have no lag. The fan works great to keep from overheating. They can do everything they want here. Adobe Premiere, Ableton Live, Simms, etc., without taking a gazillion years to render a video, etc.

Best laptop for its value, I’ve had an HP Omen and this laptop easily beats it.

Bought for my daughter and she loves it. Easy to set up and works better than most with her game.
