Right out of the box, the backlight keyboard was not working. I reached out to Acer and they suggested a system refresh since it appears a driver did not install correctly. At first hesitant, I did so anyway. Upon reloading it did not fix the backlight keyboard issue and it introduced new issues with the OS and other software. So after refreshing it, Acer suggested I send in for repair. After being extremely frustrated with the fact this new laptop that I spent good money on has to go in for repair and may take up to two weeks to get back, I boxed it up and returned it to Best Buy.

Sturdy laptop, easy setup
