Awesome gaming laptop for an awesome price. It may not be able to run the big games at the highest settings but for the price it exceeded my expectations.

I love my nitro 5 it runs like a charm i would recommend upgrading the ram and adding an additional SDD but after that you cant go wrong

Very affordable for a gaming laptop. No performance issues for Blizzard games; Diablo III, Starcraft 2. Haven't tried to push limits yet with Warcraft.

This laptop is great. My daughter used for High School. runs smooth. The screen is big. she used for months already, No problem at all.

We bought this gaming laptop for our 13 year old son, and he is enjoying it to play Call of Duty Warzone, Modern Warfare, and Fortnite. I did moderate research before buying, and I found the configuration for this laptop at the Best Buy price is a good deal. I didn’t even find this config with the 17.3” screen directly on the Acer website. The screen size for gaming is impressive. Please note, the Best Buy price does seem to fluctuate, but on 3/10/2021 it was on sale for $719.99 which is an extremely good value.

When I purchased this laptop is was for the sole purpose to replace a charger. But when I saw this laptop it had a bigger screen and the laptop charger charges in a port at the back of the computer. This is important because usually the charges are the first to go for me, and I'm hoping the placement of the port might me I have use of the laptop for a longer time. Great specs for gaming. Plenty of room to add new hard drive when needed.

Bought this for the larger screen. Fast and changes between windows and applications easily. We prefer a full keyboard and separate mouse.

I really thought I'd love this laptop. I needed an upgrade from my last one which was over 5 years old. but this one seems to have issues at times. It freezes every now and then and the fan is horribly loud when playing any game, if I lower the fan speed it does warm up the keyboard too quickly. I do enjoy the higher FPS but I honestly thought I'd be happier with it. Also, I never had image burns before this. I'm glad I got a deep discount on Cyber Monday, otherwise I may have returned it.

Runs excellent, great hardware, and the Nitro sense program is really insightful. The ONLY issues I've had are the little flap below the Ethernet port wiggling and the edge is a bit rigid where my arm lays to hit the WASD keys. Both minor, still highly recommend. I've gotten two other people to get this laptop, actually. Fantastic for the price.

Good pc runs most games no problem out of the 30 or so I’ve tried only struggled with one would recommend a cooling pad for it

I like the laptop. My only gripe is the keyboard. The keys smudge and erase and one of them stopped working.

Works well and fast start up. Meets my needs very well. It delivers the performance I need at price that doesn't break the bank.
