Missing part.

Which also bent the corners and put scratches into the graphics card.

After 1 month, the systems started to shut down or freeze, resulting in a loss of hours of work. Also, too slow when opening more than one app., ie, if I had the browser, word, and spotify opened, while with other computer systems I had no problem working with multiple applications. I will not recommend this product.

So it just started failing and shutting down. all of a sudden. Trying to get help from Best Buy but no support so far. Under warranty Yea right. Only 5 months old.
