Bought this for my son’s 21st bday. Let’s just say he friggin’ loves it! The graphics are incredible, the speed is amazing, and the tower is super compact. I’ve been a fan of Acer products for a long time and they hit the bullseye again with this desktop.

I wanted something that didn't break the bank, but also performed at a high end. It is silent on start up, the colors are esthetically pleasing so my wife is happy with it.. and most importantly it functions GREAT! Downloads games instantly and performs super well. Very happy with my purchase and feel the value was there.

Looked into building a gaming pc, but saw this on sale $600 off. Couldn’t build it with these compents (5070ti, 2 tb ssd, 36 gb ram, i7 14700 cpu) for $1599. Has been flawless playing all games on max setting with ease like Cyberpunk and Ark Raiders).

Great PC for higher-end gaming. Runs new titles like Arc Raiders and Borderlands 4 on ultra with 1440 at 120+ fps 4k at around 60 fps Only down side is with the 2tb storage. It comes with 1 tb available and you have to partition it to use the 2nd tb.

I bought this hard drive for my son, who is a graphic designer and animator. He needed plenty of storage for his work and gaming. We visited Best Buy, and the staff was extremely helpful! This hard drive not only looks fantastic but also works perfectly. It has built-in cooling fans and doesn't overheat. It's the ideal desktop for his needs. I highly recommend this product.

This desktop is amazing! Every game my wife and i throw at it, it runs well. Only gripe is that the website advertises it comes with the keyboard and mouse. It does not. You will need to supply your own if you do not already have them but for me that was a non issue. High performance desktop that looks great and runs cool. Buy with confidence!

Got it on sale and couldn't be happier. The PC runs great. High fps in 1440p. Had to do a little changes like bios for the fans and the ram but nothing major. It was quick to boot and was mostly updated.

The packaging arrived pretty well, except for one bent metal hook that secures the glass panel. So that panel plate was actually protruding a bit out of the fit, but I think the packaging filler from inside kind of pushed it out, or maybe the assembler just really jammed the glass panel into the PC against the slight excess volume of the packaging filler. Nothing visually noticeable, though. I just pushed the hooks back into more of their proper place. So occasionally, while playing some games, the PC rarely but does turn off the display, and the fans jump to max speed randomly. I observed that the PC was still on because I could hear my friend on a video call still. I honestly can't remember if it had also shut down the game being played. It's weird. I just hard reset the PC to get back to going. I'm thinking of ensuring the GPU Card and the RAM are firmly in place but it seems to be so. All the wires were attached for me. I'm no tech expert. GPU driver is also up to date. I've turned on a GPU debug mode on one of the games, so hopefully, it will tell me what is happening to troubleshoot. I personally like the rainbow gradient color make of the fans. I notice you could actually change the lights to a solid color in windows settings. RTX5070TI is also the best value for graphics. Its DLSS 4 technology can still reach high frames in all its glory while also having great baseline frames regarding its native performance, rather than splurging on like a RTX5090 just to reach high frames natively, idk just my preference.

Upgrade from older workstation with AMD 580 8gb GPU used to edit videos. Introduction of image and video generation required RTX GPU. Upgraded workstation to 64GB VRAM and second 2TB nvme. As delivered performed well with image generation and capable machine for light video generation. Decent performance and price point for an entry level image video generation workstation. RTX 5070 Ti handles most tasks.

Upgraded to this from an MSI with dual 1070 GTX. Everything runs perfect. Ran Starfield, Indiana Jones, KCD2, Expedition 33 etc all on ultra settings 1440p and 4k and was averaging about 144 FPS.

gave this as a gift, and when booted up it only shows 1tb of the SSD as accessible as the C drive instead of the full 2tb? we called ASUS and they hung up on us. we now have spent a few hours trying to figure this out on christmas eve!!!!!! since it was a gift!!!!! I am unsure why a pc would come without the entirety of the SSD fully configured for use. I also dont know in what world a regular user would be able to figure out why the second half of their SSD was unusable. not to mention 50gb of this 2tb is taken by bloatware!!!!!!!!! YAYYY!!!! YAAAYAYYAYAYAAYYAYY!!!!!! for sure will not be buying an ASUS after this and neither will the person who i gifted this to

Where to begin. The desktop itself was awesome. I had to go through a few desktops to finally find the one that didn’t hiccup in performance and this was it. This desktop played everything on 4k ultra settings flawlessly. Warzone was at about 150 frames with everything maxed out plus a 4k monitor. WOW, RDR2, League, Kingdom Come 2, I mean everything played beautifully. Finally, got the right one. Then the unfortunate happened. It suddenly started to shut down on its own. Updated BIOS, and every driver I could update and nothing. I would start a session and boom it would turn off. So being a Member Plus I decided to just exchange it. Unfortunately this location didn’t have it so I opted for my money back. They call their supervisor to check everything and in comes Henry the supervisor. Let me tell you this guy was the worst employee of any company I’ve ever come across. Beginning with his attitude. Right off the bat he looks at my purchase history and randomly asks me if I’m a reviewer. I’m a bit confused and say no because I’m not. He comes to a conclusion that I’m a reviewer. So he snaps at me to take my items and leave and I’m honestly shocked. What is going on? I ask him if everything is ok with him and he says “Yes I’m fine you have a good day” and I’m still confused, I’m trying to just process a return and this guy is denying my simple request. He tells me to take my stuff and leave and he walks away. I felt completely and utterly discriminated against by this guy. So I make a call to customer service and they begin to help me out, ask me for information and provided with a number to call and to just process the return. So I process the desktop return with a different associate and as I’m walking out, Henry comes storming out of an office and stops me at the door and in front of everyone in the store begins to tell me “You’re a reviewer, I’m going to do an investigation and I’m going to get you banned, you can’t be doing this here.” And he continues on with his rant. Im just standing there quietly processing what he’s saying and my first thought is to punt this guy but I don’t. Instead I tell him that he’s a sad man and that I hope he finds some happiness in his life and I walk out the door. Feeling extremely embarrassed and like I can NEVER ever go back to Best Buy again, I decided to do my first review here since I’m being accused of reviewing stuff? His name is Henry the supervisor and he works at the Best Buy @115 N 76th St in Omaha, NE 68132
