I bought this for my husband. He really enjoyed this PC especially when gaming on a very high graphic settings, until a month later, the screen display becomes black, then the PC fan and GPU fans becoming very loud and speeding up on a random events. He said it’s not due to overheating since he checked the temperatures of both CPU and GPU. There is no choice but to reset the PC every time this happens.

I purchased a desktop PC advertised as having 32GB of RAM (Taka) from the Sherman Oaks Best Buy, but it only had 16GB installed. When I brought it back, Manager Miguel accused me of removing the RAM, even though I had barely used the PC for about an hour total. What makes this worse is that the same unit showed two different manufacture dates (June 25, 2025 and July 25, 2025) tied to the exact same serial number, which strongly suggests a repackaged or mislabeled system. That kind of mix-up could easily cause the system to flag the return as “missing RAM,” yet instead of acknowledging a likely inventory or labeling error, Best Buy refused the return and blamed me. This experience was unacceptable, and I’m requesting corporate review this case and make it right.

DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER. GEEK SQUAD EVEN DID THE BIOS UPDATE FOR THIS COMPUTER AND IT WORKED FINE FOR ABOUT A WEEK. IM ON MY SECOND WEEK AND IT JUST BLACK SCREENS AND TURNS OFF IN THE MIDDLE OF ME DOING SOMETHING. HAPPENED BACK TO BACK. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS COMPUTER. IM RETURNING IT TODAY. IT IS ABSOLUTE TRASH AVOID ALL I7-14700F PROCESSORS. SO DISAPPOINTED I HAVE TO GO SHOP FOR A NEW COMPUTER AGAIN. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I am very disappointed with this item. After barely 2 months (which is just beyond the return window) the item no longer holds my 32" samsung monitors up. Specifically the tilt gimble, the arms themselves seem to hold the weight just fine. My monitors are within the size and weight range advertised for the mount. Ive seen reviews that state similar issues for smaller monitors as well. For $100, I expect this to hold up much better and for much longer. If you're looking for monitors mounts, honestly just buy from amazon. The ones from bestbuy seem to be not worth it.

If you are looking to boot up a device and get right into gaming or anything that requires moderate compute, do not buy this device. You will need to update your BIOS to safely operate your machine without any potential irreversible hardware degradation. Infact just stay away from any 13/14th generation intel device if you do not want to do this. The fact that this issue is not even disclosed to the buyer is completely unacceptable.

I purchased this PC with both the AMD and Intel CPU and both crashed and gave me a blue screen. Brought it to geek squad to be sure qst befoee returning the 1st and then the 2nd I didn't waste time. Great price and specs but poorply built or maybe cant hold up during shipping. Doesnt come with a keyboard (for setup) and Acer's gaming program doesnt work on the desltops. Buyers beware.

Too good to be true, everything on paper sounds great but the hardware is defective causing black screens and fans to ramp up until I restart pc. Google will show you it is not a one off issue.
When it's running it runs great and is super capable, but if you have to constantly restart it what is the point? I would avoid unless you don't mind wasting time on repairs a month into owning it.
