    TV stopped working ; the screen went completely white after 6 months of owning it. So it has a 3 year warranty on it. Call them up and they told me how to package the product. Did everything they said. They sent me a return label and off it went. I get a phone call 1 week later telling me my tv got damaged during transit and there is nothing they can do for me. Because it was damaged now. I used their label so I can't do anything with FedEx because they didn't have insurance on the package. This was my 13 year old sons first purchase and his first time getting it from Corporate America. So be careful buying the acer brand anything.
