Great tablet not so great for kids

Won't even let me factory reset it. And acer tried making me pay 45 dollars for something to plug in the computer that may or may not fix it. Very disappointed, put it in the trash where it belongs.

This is very slow and wouldn't stream movie on Netflix, YouTube, or HBO now. So I thought I had too much going on in the background, and I restarted the computer, and it told me to uninstall the old version of windows 10! Right then I knew it was no good there isn't an "old version".
