Heavy tablet connected to a light keyboard means it tips over easily

I am soo disappointed in this tablet.. it no longer works and it’s out of warranty .. so there’s my money. Do not purchase this crap

The tablet is very heavy in a couple of months of having it it would the battery would drain. Not happy about this product

I have had the Acer One 10 S1003 since Oct 7 2017. For the most part it has performed well, has done everything i need it to do and more. However it appears the model suffers from the same issues as the S1002. the driver for the network adapter will suddenly crash, the adapter will disappear or is unable to be fixed. This seems to happen more when trying to wake after going to sleep. sometimes it happens on a fresh restart. I have also has issues with the touch screen not working. again it has been random and a restart usually fixes this. most of the time i have to press the power button two times to get it to start up. the first time the blue light will come on for about 5 seconds then turn off. the second time the machine starts up and loads. I have all the latest drivers and bios and this still happens. I have been unable to find a rock solid fix. Although the issues are annoying. The device fully works 98% of the time. this is my first windows 10 machine. I usually custom build my PC's but i needed something ultra portable to tune ATV engines while on the trail. I would recommend this if you don't mind having to randomly restart or if you shut it down every time.

After 2 days had a problem turning this tablet on.

I originally bought an Insignia 32gb Android tablet with 1gb of RAM but it was horrible. I couldn't even run two programs at the same time without the programs automatically shutting. I did some more research and found this tablet but I'm not typically a Windows fan so I dismissed it right away. After doing more research I decided to give it a try and it's awesome. Not only can I integrate all of my google applications but it has a higher resolution screen and has 2gb of RAM. It also has expandable memory via micro SD, HDMI output, and a solid keyboard. Typing is flawless and the Microsoft store offers all the apps I really need it to. I'm not really a fan of iPads so this does exactly what I need it to do for a fraction of the cost. I also love the size and battery life. I was able to set this tablet up with my Google Pixel XL 2, iMac, and wireless printer fairly easily. If you're on the fence, give it a shot for only $159. You can always return it if you don't like it.

For basic needs, such as using Microsoft office and taking notes, this is a good tablet. You can also watch Netflix, Youtube, etc. on this. The speakers on the tablet are poor, so I would suggest buying headphones if you plan to do this. One problem I have with this is the keyboard.On the keyboard, there are a couple black clips. You slide the tablet into these clips to have it function like a laptop.These clips can break off really easily if you're not careful. Acer does not have replacement keyboards for the Acer One 10 on their website, so you'll have to send your tablet in to get a replacement. When I sent mine in to get a replacement keyboard, I didn't get it back till 20 days later. Another problem I have with it is the wifi. Sometimes, my tablet is unable to pick up a wifi signal. This is easily fixed by restarting, but it's just annoying when it happens. Another minor issue is I have to hold the power button for approximately 5 seconds before I see it come on with the Acer logo.If you wanted to take notes with a stylus with the Acer One 10, make sure to buy a passive stylus. Overall, it's a good budget tablet if you can't afford a premium tablet/2-in-1.Only consider buying it if you're mainly going to use it for basic school/work needs.

I bought two of these for my wife and I last week. They were on sale for $109, and I couldn't believe the deal. We had recently purchased two HP stream laptops and were not at all happy with their performance (they were $220 each). This little 2gb of ram machine is very responsive and we haven't had any performance-related problems. The only modifications we have performed are screen covers ($6 for a 3-pack walmart.com) and 64gb micro sd cards ($19 each at walmart). We are both full time online students, and these little laptops can do everything we need, with word, powerpoint, etc. The tablet feature is sweet for reading our online textbooks, and honestly the screen and keyboard doesn't seem very small at all. If these devices hadn't been on sale, I would have bought the Lenovo Miix 320 ($220 at office max), but for the price, i can't believe the deal we got! If you are considering a cheap 2-in-1, this is certainly a solid contender.

I like that I could use it as a tablet or a small computer. Easy to carry and easy to use.

This is a terrific computer for everyday tasks, would recommend it!

I only had my Acer tablet barely for 3 months. It quit working, I tried resetting it 2 times still not working. I told at Bestbuy it doesn't have an warranty from manufacturer but only the protection warranty that I purchased. Needless to say, Don't buy this tablet. The windows will pop up with a message stating Windows error than reset. I was great surfing the web or watching videos. I didn't add any extra apps to it, just quit working after 3 months. Very Disappointed with this product!

Got it as a gift in 2015 and fell in love with it so bad that I bought one for my girlfriend. Two years in and the computer starts crashing badly both mine and my gfs. Fast-forward to 2018 and my computer is completely use-less, its more expensive to fix it than to buy a new one per geek squad. Very disappointed bc product was nice while it lasted. Needless to say I wouldn’t recommend product.

Too little memory and too many boot up issues, to name a few of the problems. It rarely boots up like it should, always have to fiddle with it just to start it, grrrr. Ridiculous!!!! I received it as a Christmas gift, I'd never bought it for myself, definitely would had returned it. Save your money and your hair.

thus is the most poo product ever, bought brand new in 2018 around december and have barely used it since because it’s so confusing and has always been a problem so i would rather not use it then to throw it at walls, period.

I spent the whole day setting up the machine and everything was fine. It all worked just perfectly. Charged it up again and went away. Whe I came back and turned it on, it just froze at the hello page and wouldn't do anything. Took it bck for a refund. Too bad.
