This is typical of a monitor with an OLED panel. This process is a built-in function to prevent permanent screen damage known as "burn-in". The monitor is programmed to perform these cycles regularly to ensure panel health. Your X34 X5bmiiphuzx is programmed to automatically issue a warning after approximately four cumulative hours of use to remind you to run the cycle. If you ignore the initial prompt, it will continue to advise you until you complete the cycle or the monitor forces it to run.
