Works great for what i need which is gaming well out of town on work trips

Absolute bang for buck, only issue is that you cannot lower down the refresh rate on this computer and the battery life sucks so e reviews say it can only last you for 3 hrs max but for me it only last 2 at the very best conditions still really good though

Great laptop. Son is delighted. Plays his favorite games at maximum settings. And it seems this is not the limit. We use a month flight normal.

All the fan noise comments are irrelevant. It’s a gaming PC it’s going to have fan noise when you’re gaming with these specs. It’s not obnoxious by any means. Great product, I will say it takes some time getting used to the 240hz, my wife actually got motion sickness the first time gaming on it.

I've been using the Acer Helios Neo 16 for a few weeks now, and honestly, it's a beast. What surprised me most is how the Al features actually help with the fans-it stays much quieter than my old laptop during heavy gaming

I was in the market for a gaming laptop for some time, and this one gave me everything I wanted for the price I wanted to pay.

Excellent laptop for price and easy to upgrade SSD (if you have a Torx screwdriver and pry tool) but heats up quickly and does not have any option to set the fan curve.

This computer is very well made and does excellent with gaming! Only thing I would mention is it tends to get slow when it starts to get hot, and I have a cooling station and everything for it. I would recommend this laptop though because I’m pretty sure my issue is user error!

It’s a really good computer, talking about , performance, game and screen quality on the laptop. Already exchange the laptop for the same one cause the last one was coming with a processor issue Code 41. Pretty much the processor/ram was crashing and the computer was Turing off/on every 20 minutes was really annoying. I’m texting this one rright and everything is looking great

So far so good. Runs really well for work related purposes. I haven't had to wait on it for anything.

Upon powering on and clean installing windows, CPU is consistently sitting idle at 80 degrees with occasional drops to 70 at its lowest. Already sceptical I started Hades maxed out, not a very demanding game. Fans started blasting twenty minutes in and computer completely shut down due to heat. I mean it could be just the one i tried, possible thermal pasting/pipes issue. Or it could be that “too good to be true” still stands true. They obviously cut corners somwhere, and i think i know where.

So far so good, likely more computer than i need but got it at a great price.
