It's expensive, but 240hrz is nice. The speakers suck but that's part for theses type of things

This is a gaming monitor through and through. Not for editing film or anything you really “care” about how it looks. It has gsync and 240 refresh it’s awesome. Has decent adjustments for screen tilt and height. USB hub is nice although splitting the 4 usb into 2 very diff locations was silly. It’s priced on the higher side of 1080p 240hz but if you can get it on a sale it can be a really great deal. Either way it’s a great display that should be around a while

Good picture and refresh rate sound is bad without speakers but i use head phones so no big deal

I am super satisfied and extremely pleased with this gaming monitor. This Monitor, which I've coupled with the Nvidia 2080 Founders edition card (purchased together with monitor) does a fantastic job. The G Sync feature with the card gives the response and accuracy of this monitor for FPS gaming the edge I needed to conquer other players (which I have to admit I'm not as good as a lot the players out there so I need all the help I can get). Why FHD and not UHD or some mix? 1st reason, cost.. For what I see on this monitor compared to the UHD isn't totally necessary for the games which are still beautifully rendered on the FHD monitors. Would I get the UHD, of course I would if I had the dollars to spend but this monitor is just awesome, clear, Fully High Definition and pleases the eye. It also helps make me a better FPS player (but don't tell anyone or else they may get one and start ruining my win streak again). Second reason, G Sync: I didn't even realize how cool Nvidia's G Sync was until I experienced it. With the combined Nvidia 2080 card and this monitor I can only say that it adds that extra punch because I'm using a monitor that is designed with a specific technology in mind (an an awesome video card to). Third reason: This monitor already had good reviews and I have to agree. Yes, This monitor is a perfect monitor for FHD conquer your foes gaming. All in All, I was super pleased after setting up and seeing this monitor in action on my setup. I honestly do not understand why I didn't get this sooner.

Recently purchased this monitor on a flash sale and I am extremely glad I did. Swapping from 1440P back to 1080P was a bit odd at first but the 240HZ refresh rate is the bread and butter of this monitor. The colors are great and also has a 1MS response time. Cant be beat for a gaming monitor at 1080P. Picture looks sharp and crisp and Acer delivers big performance with this one, well worth buying.

This is the best monitor I've ever had. The quality is really high, and the screen is incredibly clear. That are different modes you can use for the screen (I prefer either graphics or movie), and some may work better for different games. The speakers in the monitor are really bad, but I don't think anyone is buying this to have good speakers.

I was skeptical about buying this monitor for the original price. I wanted something in 27 inches with a 240 refresh rate but didn’t want to spend a ton. Best Buy put this puppy on sale and I have been extremely pleased with my purchase. The quality and refresh rate make my gaming experience nothing short of amazing. If you can pick this baby up on sale, then I would highly recommend.

Yes. I am a gaming guru. Yes even someone who is a perfect gamer like me can get better with the Acer Predator 240hz 1080p Sony LCD RGB MLG gaming monitor. Not only will you get a tactical nuke with this monitor, but you will get a tactical nuke ever hour. 240/240 would nuke scrubs again.

I went from a 60hz 5ms monitor, so to have a 244hz 1ms Monitor with such nice colors and gamma is amazing to have. The screen has a film-like screen that bounces light away and blurs it out so when you have light hitting the monitor, its nice to have such a massive upgrade that’s performance is insanely fast and beautiful!

Bought this monitor in July 2018 to pair with my 1080 Ti and it is still going strong with absolutely no issues and is the best gaming monitor I've owned . I just dropped a 3060 Ti card in my PC so this monitor will continue to help with FPS with its refresh rate and GSync

Out of all the 240Hz monitor products, I actually like this monitor so far. Pros: - Fastest refresh rate. - Frameless monitor. Although, there is a 0.25" border around the screen. - A lot of useful picture and color settings for certain games. Cons: - Monitor Technology (G-Sync and 3D vision) only works on NVIDIA Graphics Card. - Control Panel is behind the screen, which makes it less accessible. - Not suitable for Graphical and Video Editing work. Other word does not give accurate color or clear image. - Might experience slight backlight bleeding. Honestly, not every monitor is perfect.

This is hands down the best monitor I have had in a long time and is worth every penny. At 240 hz this thing gives me a incredibly smooth frame rate and the 1 ms response time has actually made my games more responsive. So if you are looking for a new monitor this is the one to go for.

I kind of wish I had gone for a 1440p instead. As a 1080p and compared to other 1080p monitors, it's fantastic -- its display is sharp and bright and very responsive. I've tested it from 30fps to 120fps (using an RTX 2070) and GSync was rock solid with no screen tearing. The physical design is one of the best I've seen and the stand finally goes high enough to be at the right eye level for my desk, without needing to put reams of paper under the base. Built-in speakers are a little tinny and flat sounding, but that's to be expected. I got at 1080p so that when I'm screen capturing to video, the clips will be the same aspect ratio as what I upload to YouTube, so no black bars or scaling, but the lower resolution is noticeable when playing games. That's partly my own fault, since I turn down or off anti-aliasing to get higher frame rate, but pixels and jaggies were not as noticeable on my old 1200p, even with anti-aliasing turned off. Still, as a 1080p GSync monitor, I can't knock it. It deserves 5 stars.

I came from gaming on a console, straight to playing on a high end computer with an even more exceptional monitor. Going from 60hz to 240hz is literally night and day. I didn’t know what I was missing and I’m glad I switch and I’m glad I bought this monitor. It’s beautiful

Got this monitor on sale, and will say it is very worth it. 240hz refresh rate, 27" with a very small external frame. Comes with HDMI, VGA and Display Port cable. Highly recommend this monitor, but try and get it on sale if you can.

This monitor is a godsend. If you're old and you enjoy gaming, don't let anybody tell you that 60 hertz is just as good as 144 or above because they are lying. This monitor has improve my gaming experience.. I would highly recommend this monitor for anybody's Elite Gaming System
