When I tried to log in, however, I noticed that the device was still enrolled under Enterprise Management with its previous owner, and there was no way for me to log in with a gmail account. Both geek squad and customer service did not know what to do. I did a factory reset, a developer reset, using Google's online instructions, but the device remains enrolled under the previous Enterprise owner. This is really annoying.
