Had my computer man load all my info. from old computer to new.Asked him to load google chrome. He said it didn't want to load chrome so he had to fool with it. It seems to be working now but computer guy said he was ready to tell me to return the unit.

Quietest computer ever! Works great, my only complaint, and it's personal, I don't like Win 10.

For a store bought desktop computer you can't go wrong with this Acer. It comes with a fast processor and a 1 TB hard drive. The windows 10 interface is a breeze to navigate and it's definitely an improvement over previous operating systems.

My son loves it! It is fast enough to run all applications AND games.

This product is worth the money and free delivery. However, it does not come with a user's manual.

This started taking me through the setup process, but the computer had to re-start. When it did, it did not complete the set up process. It therefore was not set up with a password to enter when I turn the computer on, the time was on a different time zone, etc.... I called ACER, and the rep literally asked, "If it's taking you to the desktop, why do you care?" - I explained that since it had not taken me through the initial set up, many things were not set. He said I could hit F12 when booting, and just set whatever I wanted up manually. I know I can do that, but I had no confidence that everything was set up properly. He invited me to pay $100 for tech support. I returned the computer to Best Buy two hours later.

Again this computer has everything you could want.

i bought the desktop 3 months ago.it ' a always down.no allow to return.you have pay like $50 to ship for repair.the service is really bad. it 's completely a piece of gabbage.i would rather give the rate 0 .
