    Nothing but issues all around

    Did not work properly, supposed to be touchscreen and it did not even have that capability on the laptop. Tried to exchange and that was not an option so was told that I would have to return them order a different one, no assistance, no compensation, seller did communicate but offered no assistance in better resolution, my son uses it for school and cannot wait the gap time between return, reorder and ship, I do not have the extra $ to buy a new one first then return the bad one and between waiting on responses for possible resolution and trying troubleshooting the “return “ window was nearly closed
