The refurbished monitor is in perfect condition and works great. I love that it doesn't need a separate power supply. It's well worth the price, IMO. My only critique is that that built-in display stand doesn't place the monitor at a great vertical angle; it's "reclined too much. I overcome the issue by placing something under the back of the stand to put the monitor in a more upright position.

Excellent monitor for the rock-bottom refurbished price. The visual quality is excellent considering the thinness. The version I got didn't quite match the pictures listed: mine had a cover that folded like a tent to form a stand. One caution is it comes with only two ports: a usb-c port and a mini-hdmi port. If you're coming off a phone or laptop you can use the provided c-c cable; if coming from regular hdmi you'll need an old phone adapter to plug into wall.

Honestly, this product surprised me in the best way. The quality is solid, it works exactly as described, and you can tell some thought went into the design. I’ve been using it consistently and it hasn’t disappointed once. Definitely worth the money — I’d buy it again

Acer monitor very nice screen and comes with a nice cover.the screen is bright and sharp comes with a c to c cabel and an hdmi to mini plug

Great quality. Screen is clear and light weight. Perfect as a secondary screen for my laptop. Easy to connect.

As I work from home, I needed flexibility to work in different rooms or even from our patio when the weather permits. This monitor is easy to carry, set up, and has good display quality to serve my needs.I would recommend.

It seems okay so far. I bought this as a Christmas gift and I tested it myself since this was an open box. She will be using this when she travels for work.

Good picture. Lightweight and easy to set up. I did have an issue getting it to sit at the right position, it either leaned back too far or fell back.

The stand/ face shield combo just shows the detail out into this solution for more screen!

Very pleased with this monitor. Bright and crisp. USB-C cable as power source, instead of a brick adapter. Easy to set up and take down.

This refurbished monitor came directly from the manufacturer, Acer. I ordered 2. I opened the first box. The monitor was not the same as the one shown or described. There was not even a power cord! A cord which allows you to turn the thing on is not an accessory, even if it is not attached! I didn't even open the 2nd box. I thought Acer was a good brand. I guess it isn't. I returned these and will not buy anything else from them.

The ACER monitor was a great buy. But Best Buy made a poor choise in shipper's FED-EX would not deliver early , they had very poor comunication I will think twice about Best Buy
