False Advertising & Waste of Time all around…

I thought I had purchased a great product at a great deal from a reputable source. It just goes to show how wrong the consumer is. I didn’t get the product that Best Buy advert. I got a product I didn’t order and didn’t want. I was then told by both Best Buy and Acer that I was wrong. I have the advertised product description. Neither company told me they were going to switch the products because they didn’t have what was advertised. So the product is back at Acer and 7 days later I am still waiting for a refund so I can to a better company who will honor their advertising and sell the right product to a consumer.. never buying Acer products.. nor will I shop at Best Buy.
