    Best Monitor For The Money

This was by far the best looking screen I saw on display in-store. At a retail MSRP of about $200, it certainly looked as nice, if not better, than the other $200 monitors. Got it on sale for just a hair over 1/2 price! With a 5ms response time, razor thin bezel, great contrast and overall picture quality/color. Looked better than the AOC IPS panel monitor at similar price. Pros: Great picture, fast 5ms response time, HDMI, DVI, VGA, (and speakers?? 'audio out' ) Eco/efficient mode, Tilt adjustable, Fairly thin and light, and a great price on sale. Cons: Bezel unnecessarily thin, have to properly calibrate picture out of the box using clunky interface, no swivel (no big deal for me though), screen a little hard to clean without streaking. Still the best 1080p in this, and even those slightly higher price ranges.

Good monitor for a start up gaming set up

This is my first gaming monitor. I was so used to playing on my 55 inch plasma, but I wanted to try something new. I will never go back to big screen gaming. I am a console gamer so I wasn't going to spend big money on a monitor, especially my first one. The picture on this monitor is great, but there is a big caveat, it's only great when there is no glare. The glare on this screen is pretty bad. Other than that I don't have any complaints. For my first monitor, I love it and I definitely loved the price. If you have the money to spend, do settle on this monitor, but if you need something cheap, this is it.

Don't buy this! The sound doesn't work with laptops unless you use a VGA monitor cable (which doesn't even come with). However, new laptops don't have this outlet, they only have HDMI's. So if you have a newer laptop that are now thin, you won't get any sound. It took almost a month, 6 calls a 2 level supports (countless hours on the phone) for them to figure it out.
