By no means am I someone in need of visual perfection, but even so, I find these monitors pretty outstanding. I have two of them on dual arm mounts. I have found no issues in the past few months and would recommend to anyone looking for good monitors for little $$.

I needed a monitor for my Raspberry PI, so it had to accept HDMI. This monitor does. However, I use it as a second monitor with my laptop when I am not using it with my RPi. I really like having a second monitor, and for this price, I am thrilled with this product.

weight in gold! It enhances the laptop use experience so much more with it as the primary external monitor. Getting a large external monitor makes anyone with poor eyesight or anyone wanting to get such a better look at items while shopping essential. Highly recommended!

The Acer S271HL LED FHD Monitor has been a great choice for me. I bought the monitor at Best Buy when it was on sale. I got a great Monitor and a great price. Thanks to Acer and Best Buy for creating great products and delivering them at great prices.

I dont know much about the specific specs, but it looks great. I use it for work everyday and my bf will use it to play online games and it looks and performs great for both. A lot sharper and has more intense color than my old HP work monitor

So I’m glad that I purchased this when I did because I got it for $80 cheaper when it was on sale. I thought a 27 inch monitor would be too big but actually I couldn’t imagine a better monitor. I can see everything I have tons of work space and it’s just a great monitor.

Bought as an Xmas present to me!!! Looking forward to using this and replacing my 12" one.

Monitor has great display. Great resolution for what I am working on.

I'm very pleased with this monitor. The last LCD I bought from Best Buy was an Asus one and it shows a crack vertical line in the middle of the screen. But this one is really good for me so far. I use it for gaming, movies and work and its display is perfect.

Great quality and price for this monitor. Perfect for my 14 year old to use with his games.

This is a great monitor with great quality at this price point. I don't o a lot of graphics but for what I am using it for, it works great. I run a dual monitor setup using two of these side by side. I couldn't have asked for a better price and quality monitor.

Bought this to hook up my laptop as a 2nd screen, this is perfect for that! I am not gaming on this, just your basic web browsing and word processing. No internal speakers, but that didn’t matter to me. Has HDMI and VGA hook up and a headphone output for HDMI sound sent to the monitor or if you want to hook up some speakers to the monitor. Nothing fancy at all, but good for the price.

I use two of these monitors for a home studio. They are perfect for me needs and I’ve never had any issues with them. Mounted easily. Computer recognizes them right away. Needed to adjust settings to fit my preferences, but that’s always the case.

Purchased two as a Black Friday door buster. Fantastic price and the monitors look great.

I purchased this Acer monitor simply because it was on sale the same day my faithful 10 year old Dell monitor croaked, and it was a larger size. I was not expecting much beyond a necessary appliance. But, I have to say, the picture is quite good, and the upgrade from a 23" to a 27" makes a huge difference. My only complaints are that the monitor settings are in a weird button format on the bottom right underside of the monitor, (still have not figured that crap out) and that when the screen "sleeps" it says "cable not plugged in". However, I think the latter was my fault by not following the initial connection sequence laid out in the directions. But having said that, it has not affected my monitor or computer performance thus far. Overall, this has been a swell monitor so far. Very glad I splurged for a bigger screen!

100,000,000:1 Contrast ratio. That's ONE HUNDRED MILLION TO ONE. LOL. That's ridiculous. But here are the good and the bad things about it: The good: The monitor weighs just over 10 pounds, which is relatively light for this monitor. I did expect it to be thinner, as I have another brand which is much thinner and about the same price, however, it is still thin enough to be sleek. It's a 1980x1080 FHD display but playing some 4K stuff on youtube really made it feel like it was 4k. The colors are very vivid and the clarity is astonishing. I hooked it up using HDMI, as using VGA would defeat the purpose of this high-end monitor. I played a blu-ray movie on it and at 60hz, it was a little flickery. The options on the computer allowed me to place it on 59hz (which was the default) and it seemed to improve. As for inputs, it has HDMI, DVI, and VGA. Perfect for your needs. It also has a blue light off option which is great to protect your eyes, especially if you constantly stare at a monitor. CON: It only came with a VGA cable and no HDMI. BIG CON: It says borderless because the edges are very thin, but when you display the image, there is about 3/8s of an inch dark space on both sides and the top, which you can't get rid of through the menu. CON: The menu on the bottom is a bit clunky but most monitors don't have good menus anyway. I do recommend it.
