    The monitor on my 6 year old laptop died. I went into the store hoping for a quick and simple repair ( is there such a thing?) and saw this 21' beauty. What a sharp picture! Once the Geek Squad insured a new monitor was compatible with my system it became my only choice. For about $100 it was well within what I was willing to spend for a repair and a big improvement to the 15' screen on the laptop. Absolutely love it!

    I was in the market for a monitor and noted that there is a wide range of prices. I was looking at $200 to $300 monitors, when I came across this one. I primarily use the monitor for work and college. I use it for research, informational YouTube videos, and an occasional movie. When I saw that this model was $99.99, I decided to try it out. I am happy that I did. I recommend the Acer - SA230 23" IPS LED FHD Monitor.

    We paired this monitor with an earlier version of the same model. I spent an inordinate amount of time researching and comparing brands, including refresh rates, glare, viewing angles, etc. This unit provides a lot of value for the price. While we are not professional gamers here, my kid who streams, captures, and edits for YT is in love with the dual monitor set up. I think those who have limited budgets will too.

    This monitor has an HDMI input. It is considered a 22" monitor although it is really 21.5". But the contrast ratio is very nice and the quality of video produced on it is quite good.

    Nearing 70 and my eyes are not what they used to be. This monitor is just what I needed. It is an in inch smaller at 23" than my previous one, but the graphic definition is awesome.
