      This laptop is excellent! Ryzen 4000 is great the performance was better than I expected. The speakers are great, the keyboard has great backlighting and the screen is very bright for how small it is. One problem that I found is that windows was inactivated and there were a lot of updates that needed to be installed before getting the laptop to function properly, this requires some patience since a new product key is needed. Fortunately, there is a new key in the bottom of the laptop so I got everything set up, other than that this was a very great purchase, just not great for user friendliness.
