I picked this up for my wife after watching her tap her older screen and say "aghh my notebook screen works when I tap it." She uses it for Excel and other office type applications. Nice enough for that type of work.

Tried to set this up to use for engineers to make notes instead of having to print large formats and then scan back in, but this is meant more for having a single monitor over this one as a secondary setup.

This the first touch screen and Acer product I have owned and I like it a lot. It is fast in response when you touch. The color is rich and accurate and sharpness of the display is very good. You can not ask for more than that.

After experiencing the touch screen on my 15 1/2" laptop, I wanted one for my desktop computer.
I'm very happy replacing my 5+ year old 19" Acer monitor with this one. The screen is much sharper and brighter and the touch functions better than my laptop.
I considered buying the 23", but I'm glad that I didn't because you have to sit close to the monitor to use the touch feature which does require using the USB cable in addition to the VGA cable.
