This monitor is perfect if you don’t want to spend a lot on a monitor but still want great picture when gaming on PC! I’ve had no issues with this monitor and it’s been almost a year!

its a great monitor and if you use free sync its even better , for the price its great but takes som playing to brighten up the screen from factory settings

I like the monitor a lot, the adjustable stand is very helpful. The picture is crisp and bright. The disappointing thing is it didn't have a speaker and I was told it did. I would have given it a 4 1/2 but there wasn't a selection for that. Bob Hoffman

If you're looking for a 144hz monitor, you'll really enjoy this. It looks really nice on my desk. The best part for me is how easy it is to move it around and angle as you need.

I wanted to add this monitor in between two existing ASUS 27" IPS panels I was already using. I was hesitant about going back to a TN panel but not for long. This monitor paired very well with my 1080ti card and I can't believe how much better gaming looks now. Nvidia automatically recognized this monitor as a GSync compatible monitor which was nice. If you own a color calibrator then I highly suggest using it. Out of the box the colors looked good but I could tell a little washed out. Once I calibrated it with my Spyder 5 Pro, this bad boy came to life. Unbelievable difference for sure. Something I've also realized is that this monitor seems like my eye strain is much less. I don't feel as fatigued after a 2-3 hour gaming session with buddies. I wasn't expecting that at all but its a great bonus for sure.

Like most people have said this monitor does not look great when you take it out of the box and plug it in. Colors are washed and the contrast looks off. After running the windows adjustment utility and then using the nvidia control panel to fine tune the colors, gamma, brightness, contrast, hue and digital vibrance (yes it seems like a lot of work) this monitor is absolutely stunning. The refresh rate is ridiculous. This was my first 144mhz monitor and I don't think I can ever go back now. If you're willing to put in the time and work to configure this monitor properly you will not be disappointed.

Best Monitor I have owned so far, I upgraded from a 60 Hz panel and Its a huge upgrade, No more tearing while playing First Person Shooters, Highly recommended for the price

This monitor has a really good response time as well as a fast refresh rate. Out of the box, the colors are kind of washy, but I calibrated it and it looks great now.

This monitor replaced my 7 year old monitor and this thing rocks at 1080 144hz , only thing i had to do was tirn down the brightnees very low but the colors are sharp Doom looks awesome on here as well as all my other games

I needed a 144hz monitor for gaming/streaming and when this bad boy went on sale for $250 I snapped it up. Nice, crips quality and super great refresh rate!

Purchased this monitor for pc gaming purposes and the refresh rate, quality and graphic is amazing. Almost like you’re playing on t.v. Totally worth it’s proce!

I bought an asus 24" monitor two days ago with a 75 MHz refresh and 1 ms gtg. it wasn't what I expected . today I went back to the store and looked at this acer monitor again it's the one we wanted from the beginning but was hesitant at 27" would be pixalated at 1080p. boy was I wrong not only is this monitor producing sharper images but bench marked some games and i'm getting minimum 10 fps better frame rates. I suppose it's because this monitor is 144mhz instead of 75. I am very happy with this purchase. and as always best buy has the best price too.

This is an amazing monitor to have for gaming if you don't care about it not being 4k. I would suggest waiting for it to go on sale though, as I picked up this monitor (I have two of them) for only $220 and my other one for $270. Well worth the money spent and I have had no problems with it so far. My only gripe is that the included cable to hook up to your computer is rather short, so I would go ahead and purchase a longer one if you are running a dual monitor setup and need to push one of the monitors towards the end of the desk.

This is a decent monitor to get into the 144hz space, but lacking in some ways and there are now some better options at lower price points. Picture looks a little flushed out, likely due to the low 1000:1 contrast ratio. The on screen crosshair options are quite bad as well, all you'd really want is a dot in the center, but instead they have 3 over the top options that are not very good and take too much space.

I bought this for my husband as a surprise for his gaming. He loves it! He says it is the perfect thickness and resolution! It shows a really great picture.

The refresh rate is very good, and this is mostly used for a gaming pc. I would recommend this monitor to anyone that is looking for a gaming monitor

Honestly just got impatient after debating which monitor to get and ended up just picking this one based off of 1ms response time, 144hz and DP input. Had good color. Not the brightest but it is definitely sufficient for gaming; no complaints. My main dilemma was that it was too tall for my desk and it covered up my wall-mounted TV, but I found out later that the monitor screen can actually slide up and down on its stand which was a very pleasant surprise. I honestly didn't even read about that feature anywhere. Its a big plus!

This is a great monitor for gaming according to son who is the actual user. The faster refresh rates makes a difference according to him.

I couldn’t believe the difference when I saw gaming on a 144hz monitor compared to 60hz, I knew my next upgrade would be a monitor. This model was on sale so, I grabbed it. When it first powered on I noticed web page text looked strange, it was slightly pixelated which made reading very difficult. I checked the resolution and made sure nothing was scaled but still it looked horrible. I just can’t get over how bad the text is, it was literally giving me a headache. The monitor performs great when in a game. The text distortion is not present at all and the 144hz makes a big difference. I almost forgot about the text issue until, I went back into windows. A day after purchase I took the monitor to a friend’s house, I was interested to see if he got the same results as me. Yup he did. I put the monitor back in the box this morning and plan to get a refund after work. I’m so disappointed with this Acer monitor. Looks like I’ll be forking out a bit more cash to fully enjoy 144hz gaming.

I'm not too tech savvy so I just bought what looked the best to me and I don't regret it one bit. I play all my games in 1080p and It does the job and It gets me 144hz which is great and it looks great, the picture on Best buy isn't the same as the one I got, its the same monitor but the side paneling is much thinner on mine so I think they updated it and made the sides thinner. One thing I don't like is the sound system of the monitor which isn't too big of a deal. Over all it has tons of USB ports, it tilts and turns in almost every direction. I love it, I plan on going dual monitors and I just might buy this again!
