One speaker kept losing connection, and almost sound like there was static every time it did. Possibly a lose wire inside. I took them back to a BestBuy store with hopes of exchanging for another pair, but there were none left.

I don't think the promise of hours between charges is likely to be accurate. My speakers when from 80% charge to 50% in a couple of hours ... the leads me to believe the battery life may be more like 6-7 hours. The sound is decent. Bass is a bit weak but serviceable. Highs are a bit muddy at high volume. I expect both of those things to be true in low to mid-priced speakers. If you're mainly listening to vocals (pop or country, etc). you're not going to notice any flaws in audio reproduction. For what I want to use them for (music on my deck and in the back yard) these are doing exactly what I expected, and I'm satisfied with their performance at the price point. That wasn't something I was ever going to spend big bucks on to get perfect sound.

The only problem that I have with these speakers is that they have to be mounted in a position low enough to reach to physically turn them on each time you want to use them. They will, however turn themselves off after a period where they sense no signal.

But, we now have beautiful music on our porch.

Not worth the time or money

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love Love these outdoor speakers 1- connected them inside and the sound was amazing and clear 2-Re connected them outside and the sound was clear and loud 3- would recommend to purchase 4- price was reasonable 5- I am excited to have a family gathering to use my outdoor speakers 6- I would give 10 plus BUT can only give 5
