Struggled to connect one of the speakers. And I am was told that he will put in his comments for further setup confirmation. Education and Training to operate: The service agent did not spend any time to educate Agents struggled to setup: one of the agents send (NOT JOE), the agent supporting Joe, was insufficient. It was left to Joe to do all. Though two people were assigned, only one was doing the work and they could not accomplish all

terrible warranty and customer service

We still have a constant humming from the speakers. The Store is not taking responsibility of the problem and refuses to replace the components. We spent $9000 on our surround system, and it has never been right. We purchased everything in 2024 and it was installed in 2024. Best Buy did 100% of the installation and will not help. Not to mention. All of our points that we have accumulated over the years have disappeared and now we are screwed in that area also

Will not credit you your money back.

Geek Squad appt. to hook up speakers to receiver

Ten minutes for $130, they should have tested it to make sure everything was working properly. One component was not attached properly and I had to fix that.
