    Receiver Performance doubtful: The service agent(s) found the Receiver to be inconsistent in sending the signals to the projector. Struggled to connect one of the speakers. And I am was told that he will put in his comments for further setup confirmation. Education and Training to operate: The service agent did not spend any time to educate Agents struggled to setup: one of the agents send (NOT JOE), the agent supporting Joe, was insufficient. It was left to Joe to do all. Though two people were assigned, only one was doing the work and they could not accomplish all

    After several attempts to have our surround system set up by the Geek Squad. We still have a constant humming from the speakers. The Store is not taking responsibility of the problem and refuses to replace the components. We spent $9000 on our surround system, and it has never been right. We purchased everything in 2024 and it was installed in 2024. Best Buy did 100% of the installation and will not help. Not to mention. All of our points that we have accumulated over the years have disappeared and now we are screwed in that area also

    Ask for a credit on one surround sound I set up myself before they came. They would only give me a in store gift card instead of my money back. I will not use them again because you have to pay upfront.

    Alton and his assistant did a great job setting up my new receiver. My surround sound system works great. They integrated it well with my TV. Very pleasant and professional technicians.

    Geek Squad appt. to hook up speakers to receiver

    They connected my speakers to the receiver. But they did not test each of the attached components. Ten minutes for $130, they should have tested it to make sure everything was working properly. One component was not attached properly and I had to fix that.
