Geek squad blew off my appt and mngrs don't care

Incomplete installation and took personal property

The second zone is not working as well. Reschedule with another technician for a more professional installation. Also, the technician took my receiver / CD player with them without discussion. I would like these returned.

Big Box Blues

COMPLETE CHAOS.

Anthony, the installer, was good. I'll never buy from Best Buy / Geek Squad again. If you do, get ready for a chaotic mess.

Geek Squad incompetence

Due to the type of equipment I have in my home only Magnolia is able to work on it. They continue to reschedule due to their error and I continue to have to take off time from work.

Connection problem with receiver/processor

The TV was delivered and hooked up to my surround sound system and I was told it would work just like it did with the TV I was replacing. I have not been able to select the DVR input. The cable connection works fine.

Instead Best Buy just puts “service completed” on my account even though service was never delivered. I’ve been a great Best Buy customer however service has gone down hill during COVID. hope it gets better or they will lose a customer

Trouble scheduling and getting project completed

He said get the stuff then call to reschedule. He marked the job. Completed, so I can’t reschedule. I have reached out to him several times with no response

Geek Squad Installation

Someone had to come back out to fix it. Someone should have come back out the next day since it was not finished the first time.

Be sure to get real Geek squad tech, not a sub
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A third party agent for Geek squad was used to set up the receiver to TV and did very little to explain how to use remote with existing receiver. Did not bring laptop to reprogram our existing universal remote...basically a waste of $ 50. Wish we had a real Geek squad employee which have done well for us in the past.

No one will call me back

I’ve called customer service and I’m really tired of trying to understand the language of whom I’m talking to. I would honestly pay additional $ to talk to someone that speaks good English.
