    I did not have this done, already had set up this on my previous 4K Samsung TV, I already have a Denon Amos with 11.2 channel Klipsch speakers, All I had to-do was to plug it in the HMI 2.2 cable in the TV output.

    No showed for my scheduled appointment I waited two weeks for, then I was told, oh well, we can reschedule in two more weeks! I canceled both my orders with you and went somewhere else. They showed up in two days and did a wonderful job, for 65 dollars less.

    Chritopher DID NOT complete this order & PROMISED ME that someone would get in touch with me ASAP... THIS NEVER happened and i had to contact someone to try and help, but no available agents until we return three (3) months from NOW!!!!

    See our harmony logitech review. Its an integrated system and we a currently not satisfied. We cannot tell whether we are happy with the receiver since we are unable to use all of its functionality. If it can't duplicate what we had, then tell us what we need to do

    This has been a drama story trying to get the Geek Squad to make this work with the new television & speakers. I am up to my 8th appointment with the geeks home theater specialist. To not end. Not satisfied. I paid for this I was expecting them to install & figure this out

    They didn't actually hook up my reciever. I had to do that myself. No big deal but the sound through my optical cord doesn't work and I don't know why. I don't know if I am missing something in the settings.

    Horrible…..installed in minutes.. left a wire unplugged…he has a cell # that you can’t leave a message on! Seven calls to the tech. Services with NO return help..worthless .. never again….lip device !!!!!

    The job was not completed. The technicians came and said that they will put a note and get the right team to take care of the request. but its been 4 days i havent received any call from Best buy on my request and i see they have closed the case too.

    The worst ever, cannot recommend this ,they blow through the installation ,the sony J80 newest of the box ,my receiver also new out of the box nothing worked as it and now I have to wait till may 25 for a redo ,,not happy

    BB sales will force home theater setup on you as part of an installation. If your happy with your home theater setup then don't tell them that you have a home theater system. The Geeks messed mine up and it took hours to get it working correctly.

    The worst service ever. The driver said he couldn't get to my house. I went to him and picked up my TV and installed it myself. All vans need good snow tires. Very disappointed.

    couldn't set it up. claimed i needed a different tv and receiver. All were brand new and bought at Best Buy. Is it the equipment or the tech???

    Individuals did not know any specifics of the receiver to setup and gave information about the receiver that was not correct. Needs some customer service training also.

    setup process convoluted and frustrating. Techs worked hard and ultimately a level 3 person got us hooked-up. still waiting on call back to resolve zone 2 activation feature.
