    Visit made both sound system and TV programing worse. Disastrous!!! Tech also failed to respond to follow-up email and phone call asking for help. There could not have been a worse outcome or worse service.

    The installer refused to do what I was told he would do. When attempting to show him my work order he was disrespectful to me, walked out and did not do the job.

    The Geek Specialist Katie Wilson, did a horrible job and connecting our receiver. She came to our home twice and made the receiver connection worse!!

    Agent was not able to do this for me. My receiver's outputs need adapters to connect to TV. He did not suggest adapters, basically said you need to get a new receiver.

    Geek Squad to hook up receiver and old speakers

    The hook up of our receiver and speakers is not complete. Geek Squad was supposed to call and reschedule a return visit but to date this has not happened.

    Was promised a geek specialist would come to set up and adjust system. Never showed up. I called and nobody would return my calls. Spent over 10000 dollars on total system. Never again best buy

    Confusing Denon Receiver

    After two visits DVD player and turntable do not play through the receiver.Either they're not connected properly or I'm too ignorant to figure out how to use this unit.My previous receiver was an Insignia and I had no issues.

    The Geeks installation agents left my house and did not complete the order. Also, they left without hooking up the TV back the way it was. i have not been able to use my TV since then.

    Didn't do what i needed to run hdmi cable in the wall need to reschedule he stated he didn't have the equipment this was my 4 scheduled to do this i give up

    do not waste your money, 139 for 20 minutes worth of work to have it not work again later that day. their response sounds like you need a whole new system. I do not recommend their geek squad for home theater

    The age t broke the HDMI cord and 2 failed attempts to get this fixed. Once HDMI cord is fixed receiver can be setup. I was told the part was in and now hearing the part is still not in. Really not sure.

    Was useless. I am asking for refund. The guy came in. Said someone else will call to help since he can’t help. After 1 week no one called. Now 2 weeks and no one called . extremely inappropriate

    Almost two months now my movie entertainment still not working right they visit my home twice. Can get through to make an appointment I can't login to your system is telling me wrong account .

    Again geekwad showed up and did not set up correctly they put the TV up and left that's not what I paid for they did not set up the remote 2 months later still trying to get it done

    The Geek Squad has no clue what they are doing! Do not use them. Hire someone else for installation! They only have one good Geek Agent.
