I got the Geek Squad to install my new 75” tv. The guys mounted the TV , turned it on… bingo the screen was cracked. There was no damage to the box. TV was shipped broken.

Outstanding geek squad that’s why I have bought my last two tvs at best buy

They got my Yamaha stereo receiver working. They would not set up the sound balancing for the room as that was an extra charge. That was disappointing and frankly part of the system.

Had Bestbuy set up my receiver, blue ray player, cable box, RV, and speakers. There was an issue with my old receiver (my fault, not theirs), but no problem. I got a different receiver and they came back at no extra charge and finished the job.

had the WIFI cast was blocking the receiver functions and the technicians were able to find and fix it. Excellent job.
