Scott did a nice job and figured out the issue that the receiver was not communicating with the TV. Universal remote also complicated the problem. Had to do master reset and redo receiver set up.

This is a great unit and has really improved our television watching. The agent who did the installation was on time, was polite, very knowledgeable and finished the job in a timely fashion. Would purchase and would use Geek Squad again.

Very competent and quick. I was replacing an old amplifier and the past wiring labeling left a lot to be desired - no problem. The new amplifier was installed and my surround sound works perfectly.

Agents came to the house to set up new receiver. There were some issues with getting some of the devices to work, but they stayed until we solved the issue.

The Geek squad have mounted 4 television for me recently. They were only required to to mounted and they did a very professional job while doing so. I have continued to use them and Best But regularly and will continue to do so.
