No problems with the installation or the products, but now I have no audio. It's pretty difficult to reach a live person to set up a service call to fix. Hope this generates some activity. Thanks, Randy Smiley

The Tech was really knowledgeable and professional

The agents connected my receiver to all my other equipment and the whole system sounds great. The install went very well and they clean up all the wiring very well so everything looks professional.

Originally I was ready to give the Geek Squad 5 stars for installing my new Denon receiver. However, after they left I discovered the remote was programmed incorrectly and there wasn’t any sound coming out of my rear speakers. The remote sent a double signal to the TV turning i on with everything else and hen turning the TV back off. The rear speakers were never tested and had to be turned on when they returned. When I contacted them about the remote and speakers, they immediately set up another call 3 days later and got everything working properly without another charge.

The 2 guys were excellent, stayed longer than I expected and made sure all the components were working properly

The agents installed two different surround sound systems, mounted two televisions, and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They ensured I knew how to operate each piece of equipment.

The agent connected my devices correctly with the exception of the streaming apps which do not have any sound. I have been traveling and have not gotten back to the geek squad to update them
