Thanks to ADDY I got what I needed set up and all ready to go

The new TV works fine. The old audio system needs adjustment as the sound is inconsistent. I'll ask someone to come back and check it out.

We have had problems ever since he has come out .I had to hire someone else to come out to fix it

Tv install was good we had remote issues with the Yamaha receiver we bought but the Denon seemed to fix the issue.

The agents were friendly, curtious and capable. They did a great job qnd we enjoyed having them in our home.

The agent checked my connections and made sure the CD player and radio were working properly

Jesse did an excellent job and was very professional! He even made the surround sound quality much better than it was before!

Did a good job fixing the issue with our surround sound but we seemed to run into issues again recently with our system so we need some additional assistance.

My tv stand was not delivered on time, but not best buy. The gentleman told us how to hook things up and if we needed any help to call.

I Remember a time when Geek Squad was the Gold standard. Not anymore. The set-ups recently, had to input settings, do prep work and explain how a system works because I actually read the manual. Most are very polite and willing to accommodate AFTERWARDS. If I pay for a service/install, I expect to continue entertaining friends while you work. Not stop what I'm doing to show you something you missed. The average customer wont know what to look for unless they are an enthusiasts of the product they buy.

Hello I’m writing to express my disappointment with the recent service experience at my home on Tuesday January 21, 2025. Unfortunately, the technician who arrived was unprepared and unwilling to complete the job effectively.    •   Upon arrival, he made excuses about tasks he couldn’t perform and claimed he couldn’t touch the camera, despite being reminded that his visit wasn’t related to the camera.    •   When asked, he seemed unaware of the purpose of his visit or what needed to be done.    •   He struggled to perform basic tasks like turning on the receiver and connecting it to the speakers.    •   He was unwilling to work unless my wife was sitting in the room with him, which felt unprofessional and unproductive. Overall, this experience fell far below the standard I’ve come to expect from Best Buy. The technician displayed no concern for whether we were satisfied with the service, and we’re now unable to operate our remote. I hope this feedback helps prevent similar experiences in the future. My technicians put my system together and explained everything about the operations. I recommend everyone use these professional’s.
