Henry did an outstanding job hooking up all components.

The agents skillfully set up my new receiver, but it still doesn’t play my FM Radio stations.

The agent connected my speakers to TV and new receiver in our family room. He also fixed the connection for sound bar attached to the TV in our master bedroom.

The first team sent out to install our 77" TV was not prepared to connect all the equipment to the surround sound system despite the fact that was clearly part of the project agreement. They were only capable of installing the mounting brackets and then the TV to the bracket. The second team was one person and he only connected the equipment. He did not know how to connect to the single remote control device. We were charged for two installations despite the fact that we paid $99.00 to be some kind of member that meant we got free installation. We still have not heard back about connecting the remote-control device. Both the first and second team were courteous. However, connection and wiring done by the second individual was not as professional as I would have hoped. The wires were haphazardly slapped together not professionally routed.

Geek squad was excellent. Patient and thorough. Although follow questions up a bit of a challenge.

The Squad member arrived on time, did the install, answered our questions and solved some problems we were having. He did an excellent job for us. We are 100% satisfied.

The agents did an excellent job connecting up my new equipment and instructing me in its use.

The agents set up our audio receiver, but they didn't have the woofer. We picked up the woofer from the store about two or three weeks later and it wouldn't work with the setup, so we had to do it again. Luckily my wife knows something about audio equipment because if she didn't have that experience, we would have had to have them come back to fix it.

Ron and his assistant did a great job installing and hooking up our new ceiling speakers. I ask for Ron because he understands electronics and does a professional job.

Simple fix that probably could have been resolved on the phone if any of the phone techs I spoke with were familiar with calibration of a surround sound system (Receiver).

Korwyn is has been to our home 2 separate times for different installations and has provided consistent exceptional customer service.

It was great that the technicians took time and patience with me during the home theater set up.

Set up HEOS and connected system to wifi. System was complicated, and they worked through it pretty well. They spoke poorly of the HEOS system, though.
