Very knowledgeable and efficient technicians. Arrived on time, got right to work, and solved our problem.

Technician was timely and courteous. He had some difficulty with set up due to inadequate internet connection. However, speaker connections did not require internet connection and the sound was not coming out of the speakers as it should have. Another technician came and fixed the problem a few weeks later.

The guys did a very good job and solved my problems. I don't like your requirement of 50 letter minimum.

Agent installed the tuner and set up all the inputs. A few days later I asked about some settings and got clear answers.

I am very disappointed with the service not from the agent point of view that was very nice but the issue that I am still having with this receiver . These agents do not know how to set up a surround sound system they are not trained they come out and turn on you tube and show how the sound it and tells me that is all working correctly and yet I am still having issues with the received it need it to adjust and calibrate which they did not do I have to call them two times and still not to my satisfaction and the return date is long gone . It might be an issue with the receiver but I will never know I cannot return and change to something else due to the return window is closed so I just spend $450.00 and throwing out because you agent do not know what to do . Very frustrated customer

They did ok. Very hard to schedule. Took a while to figure it out. Tv not perfect and sometimes confusing.

Home theater was set up with installation of new TV. Installation was completed and all questions answered.

Quick installation of a new HDMI cable. I would use the Geek Squad again. Helped us troubleshoot our remote.

The guys installed the new receiver and hooked everything up. So far so good.

The install team did a great job on the install and instructing me on how to use it.
