Changed from MX 3000 to hand held remote. Installation was a breeze with Geek Squad. No problems ever with remote after install.

The agent, Chion, provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable about the Harmony remote he programmed. I highly recommend the service and this agent.

The two Geek Squad technicians did a fantastic job of reprogramming my X-8 remote control. They had to undo some troubling connections done by the cable company when they installed Tivo in my home. The two technicians did a thorough job and answered all my questions.

Honestly, I am giving 5 stars only because once the work began in earnest the job was completed. Circumstances leading up to finally getting my remotes programed was unbelievably awful.

The two agents were terrific. Neat, thorough, explained everything after set up. Took their time to make sure we understood how to operate the TV with the super remote we also purchased along with the RF to IR base station.

The install was done in the busy season so a 2nd tech was arranged to make sure it was done in a timely manner. The finished product was reconfigured and better than the two previous programming installs by two other different companies. Good work Best Buy

Had prior Universal Remote, but had to get a new one as old one is obsolete and could not be reprogrammed. New one is same brand, but much improved. Cost about $600. Including programming from a laptop by Geek. It eliminated 5 remotes!

Works great, can program to work with many apps. The screen displays all the apps clearly.

The agents instalked my logitech master remote. Knowledgable, courteous, tidy, respectful and on time. They worked really gard to install the remote and to make sure that I was a happy customer.

After mounting and connecting my external devices, Victor programmed my remote so I am able to watch my TV view cable or wifi.

Brock and Jon did a fantastic job programming my Universal remote. It was an extremely complicated setup with three TVs in one room, and my list of requirements was extremely picky. They were patient, and methodically work through all the issues, and the result was fantastic! I appreciate their professionalism, expertise, and persistence.

I would have given them a 5-star rating if my initial installation date had gone smoothly. I can see these men seem to be understaffed, and there were problems with the software downloading to the remote control. But, Rod had them rescheduled and Chad did a nice job setting up and teaching me the remote use. Thanks very much.
