We ordered a compact refrigerator to replace a very old unit. This purchase included delivery as well as removal of the old fridge. Everything went very well and we are happy with the new unit (see picture). Job well done

I wanted a Whirlpool 3 drawer dishwaher but it was not available so I looked for a comparable model and found the LG. I am very happy with the look and make. I am still learning how to use it so it does not leave water marks. I will try using a rinse product with my Cascade pac.

Installers were professional and courteous. Teju showed up on time, made sure the install was perfect and cleaned up area.

Damaged the refrigerator and my property. Called customer service several times but they just left me on hold for a long period of time and eventually hung up the phone.

This is the first time I’ve used Best Buy’s Haul Away service. I used it for my new refrigerator purchase. I did not use Best Buy’s haul away service when I purchased my washer and dryer. I sure wish I did….. painless and for l an older guy like me easier the better.
