Happy they hauled my old appliances away, I didn't like that they kept their shoes on in the house though. Or got water all over my garage from the washer

It''s a hit or miss when it comes to receiving Best Buy installation. My washer and dryer showed up damaged, but my fridge and dishwasher came out fine. Installs have all been fine. It's just hard to get a product not nicked or damaged.

All removals were handled by professionals. You had nothing to worry about with the service.

They carried away our antique stove top and accessories in a timely and careful method. Nothing was damaged and workers were courteous.
