    BB has an appliance take away that is not costly and shows up in one day.

    Not very happy order was mixed up haul away was supposed to be day after install, then they didn't even take the old dryer away even after me telling them I will open the wall panel on the wall when they remove the old washer and I can turn the gas off so they can take the old dryer as well they refused said they cant do that, then also told me that when they bring the new washer and dryer they wont be installing the new dryer either, this is very upsetting and frustrating I'm a huge best by fan and buy all my electronics and services from here this is disappointing
