Really handled well and very helpful, completed a perfect job

The Add-On Appliance Haul-Away made getting rid of my old appliance super easy. It saved me the hassle of figuring out disposal myself. The team showed up on time and took care of everything quickly. That said, the service was just okay—efficient but not especially friendly or detailed in communication. Still, it got the job done, and I’d use it again for the convenience alone.

Came first thing in the morning and my wife greeted them; they were in and out without hearing any noise. Our house isn’t massive so I either I was exhausted or they were just as professional and I would expect from bestbuy overall. 18 years using bestbuy services. No one‘s perfect, but I’m clearly happy.

They hauled away our old microwave very quickly & did a great job. Because our new microwave had already been delivered & my husband & I were unable to carry it up the stairs, the haul away guy was kind enough to carry the new one into the kitchen.

It wasn't easy removing my old fridge, doors had to be removed from the unit, and dolly yoga had to be performed, but the Best Buy guys got the job done without a problem. They were friendly and professional during the entire time they were here.

Originally, I did not add the haul-away for our microwave oven because I thought my husband could easily install it once it arrive. Well, my husband informed me that it was not a simple task. So, I went back to Best Buy and requested the Add-on Appliance Haul Away and Installation. Glad I did because my husband was right about the installation. :-)

Add-On Additional Appliance Haul-Away purchased during delivery of GE - 7.8 Cu. Ft. 10-Cycle Electric Dryer - White On White was effortless on our part. Technicians were fast, neat and courteous.

I added haul away when replacing my refrigerator. The team came in, picked it up, wheeled it out. Gave me a few minutes to clean the floor and installed my new appliance. Efficiently done

I needed my old dishwasher hauled away. They brought my new one in and took the old one. They came on time and were courteous and respectful of my house. Could not have asked for more.
